Event Management

The Eugenides Foundation, under the initiative of H.E. the President of the Hellenic Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, organized a two-day conference on “Climate Resilience and Local Community” in Alexandroupolis, Greece, on 28-29 June 2024.

The event aimed to raise awareness about environmental protection and foster community involvement, particularly in Greece’s remote region of Evros. Extrovert’s team expertly managed all aspects of the event, from RSVP coordination to branding, gifts, and staging, ensuring its success. The conference featured panels with speakers and experts from various industries and sectors and attracted a diverse audience, including university professors, local government officials, armed forces personnel, students, teachers, members of the press, and the public at large.
