International Sports Event Management for the Maritime Community

For the 5th consecutive year, extrovert had the privilege of coordinating the prestigious Posidonia Golf Tournament, including the Evening Reception and Awards Ceremony.

Golf aficionados from all segments of the global maritime industry gathered at the Glyfada Golf Club of Athens for the Posidonia Golf Tournament 2024.

Sponsored by THENAMARIS and COSTAMARE and powered by Costa Navarino, this biannual international event attracted over 110 golfers from around the world. Participants enjoyed reconnecting with colleagues, partners, and clients on the golf course, all within a welcoming and picturesque setting.

Since its inception in 2012, the Posidonia Golf Tournament has become a cornerstone of Posidonia Week, serving as a premier networking event. It provides senior executives from the shipping, finance, and trade sectors with an opportunity to engage in business discussions in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

The morning’s competition was held at the Glyfada Golf Club and was followed by an elegant evening reception and awards ceremony at Island Athens Riviera, where the top three golf teams were honored and presented with their trophies.

Extrovert team once again managed the event for both the tournament and the evening’s celebrations. Working closely with the sponsors, we handled all aspects of planning and management, including branding, RSVP management, staging, custom awards production, and venue decoration, ensuring smooth execution and the highest standards.
